Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.
1 Corinthians 1:12
Now I mean this, that
each one of you is saying, “I am of Paul,” and “I of Apollos,” and “I of Cephas,” and “I of Christ.”

But this I say, brethren,
the time has been shortened, so that from now on those who have wives should be as though they had none;

What I am saying is this: the Law, which came
four hundred and thirty years later, does not invalidate a covenant previously ratified by God, so as to nullify the promise.

walk by the Spirit, and you will not carry out the desire of the flesh.
So this I say, and affirm together with the Lord, that you walk no longer just as the Gentiles also walk, in the futility of their mind,
I say this so that no one will delude you with persuasive argument.
1 Corinthians 6:13
Food is for the stomach and the stomach is for food, but God will do away with both of them. Yet the body is not for immorality, but for the Lord, and the Lord is for the body.

For we know that if
the earthly tent which is our house is torn down, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.
