⁴ It is God's desire that all men have salvation and come to the full (precise) (accurate) (correct) knowledge (Greek: epignosis: recognition, discernment) of the truth. ⁵ For there is one God, and one mediator also between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, ⁶ He gave himself as a ransom for all. A witness was to be given at the right time.
