Jethro's Visit

⁶ He said to Moses, "I, your father-in-law Jethro, am coming to you, along with your wife and her two sons with her." ⁷ Moses went out to meet his father-in-law and bowed down and kissed him; they each asked about the other's welfare, and then they went into the tent. ⁸ Moses told his father-in-law all that the Lord had done to Pharaoh and to Egypt for Israel's sake, and all the hardship that had come on them along the way, and how the Lord had delivered them.
