That thou mayest remember, and be confounded, and never open thy mouth any more because of thy shame, when I am pacified toward thee for all that thou hast done, saith the Lord GOD.

Why should any living mortal, or any man,
complaint in view of his sins?
Therefore you have
no excuse, everyone of you who passes judgment, for in that which you judge another, you condemn yourself; for you who judge practice the same things.
Now we know that whatever the
Law says, it speaks to those who are under the Law, so that every mouth may be closed and all the world may become accountable to God;
You will say to me then, “ Why does He still find fault? For who resists His will?”
Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,

For who regards you as superior?
What do you have that you did not receive? And if you did receive it, why do you boast as if you had not received it?
Among them we too all
formerly lived in the lusts of our flesh, indulging the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, even as the rest.
For we also once were foolish ourselves, disobedient, deceived, enslaved to various lusts and pleasures, spending our life in malice and envy, hateful, hating one another.

Besides all your abominations and harlotries you did not remember the days of
your youth, when you were naked and bare and squirming in your blood.
