⁷ And the portion of the prince shall be on the one side and on the other side of that which was separated for the sanctuary, and next to the possession of the city, in front of that which was separated for the sanctuary, and in front of the possession of the city, from the west corner westward, unto the east corner eastward: and the length shall be from one side to the other, from the west corner unto the east corner. ⁸ This shall be his land for a possession in Israel; so My princes shall no longer oppress My people, but they shall give the rest of the land to the house of Israel according to their tribes.” ⁹ Thus hath the Lord GOD said: Let it suffice you, O princes of Israel, remove violence and spoil, and execute judgment and righteousness, take away your exactions from my people, said the Lord GOD.
