Joseph Sold Into Slavery

³³ He recognized it and said: Yes, it is his! Some wild animal has killed him. My son Joseph has been torn to pieces! ³⁴ So Jacob tore his clothes, and put sackcloth on his loins and mourned for his son many days. ³⁵ All his sons and daughters came to comfort him. However, he refused to be comforted. He said: I will go down to the grave still mourning for my son. So he continued to mourn for his son Joseph.
