For his sons carried him into the land of Canaan, and buried him in the cave of the field of Machpelah, which Abraham bought with the field for a possession of a buryingplace of Ephron the Hittite, before Mamre.
Abraham listened to Ephron; and Abraham
weighed out for Ephron the silver which he had named in the hearing of the sons of Heth, four hundred shekels of silver, commercial standard.
Then his sons Isaac and Ishmael buried him in
the cave of Machpelah, in the field of Ephron the son of Zohar the Hittite, facing Mamre,
Jacob came to his father Isaac at
Mamre of Kiriath-arba (that is, Hebron), where Abraham and Isaac had sojourned.
Then he charged them and said to them, “I am about to be
gathered to my people; bury me with my fathers in the cave that is in the field of Ephron the Hittite,

And Manasseh slept with his fathers and was buried in the garden of his own house, in the garden of Uzza, and Amon his son became king in his place.
