God's Covenant With Noah

¹⁹ all the animals, every creature and every fowl and whatever moves upon the earth after their kinds went forth out of the ark. ²⁰ Then Noah built an altar to the Lord, and took of every clean animal and of every clean bird and offered burnt offerings on the altar. ²¹ And the LORD smelled a savour of rest, and the LORD said in his heart, I will not again curse the ground any more for man's sake, for the intent of man's heart is evil from his childhood; neither will I again smite any more every living thing as I have done.
