The People Obey The Lord

¹³ Then Haggai the LORD's messenger said in the LORD's message to the people, "I am with you, sayeth the LORD." ¹⁴ So the LORD waked up the spirit of Zerubbabel the prince of Judah, and the spirit of Joshua the son of Jozadak the high priest, and the spirit of the remnant of all the people: that they came and laboured, in the house of the LORD of Hosts their God. ¹⁵ Upon the twenty fourth day of the sixth month, in the second year of king Darius,

Haggai 1:12

Now when Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, and Joshua the son of Jozadak the high priest, with the remnant of the people, heard the voice of the LORD their God, and the words of the Prophet Haggai, like as the LORD their God had sent him, the people did fear the LORD.
