Despite The People Of Israel's Past Sin, The Lord Will Forgive Them

² Thus, saith Yahweh - Who made thee and formed thee from birth, Who helpeth thee: Do not fear O my Servant Jacob, and Jeshurun whom I have chosen; ³ For I will pour, Water upon the thirsty soil, and Floods upon the dry ground, - I will pour My spirit upon thy seed, and My blessing upon thine offspring; ⁴ So will they spring up among the grass, As willows by the water-courses:

Joel 2:28
