Despite The People Of Israel's Past Sin, The Lord Will Forgive Them

² Thus saith the LORD that made thee and formed thee from the womb, who will help thee; Fear not, O Jacob, my slave, and thou, Jesurun, , whom I have chosen. ³ ‘For I will pour out water on the thirsty land
And streams on the dry ground;
I will pour out My Spirit on your offspring
And My blessing on your descendants;
⁴ And they shall spring up as among the grass, as willows by the water courses.
