An Invasion From The North

¹⁹ My bowels, my bowels! I convulse in pain. O walls of my heart! My heart is restless within me; I cannot be silent because you have heard, O my soul, the sound of the ram's horn, the alarm of war. ²⁰ Ruin on ruin is cried; for the whole land is laid waste. Suddenly my tents are laid waste, my curtains in a moment. ²¹ How long shall I see the banner and hear the sound of the ram's horn?
