Jesus Is Betrayed And Arrested

¹⁰ Simon Peter drew the sword he had, struck the high priest's servant, and cut off his right ear. The servant's name was Malchus. ¹¹ So Jesus said to Peter, “Put the sword into the sheath; the cup which the Father has given Me, shall I not drink it?” ¹² The soldiers, the military commanders, and the officers of the Jews, seized Jesus and bound him.
