Joshua 14:6

Caleb Receives Hebron

⁵ As Yahweh commanded Moses, so, did the sons of Israel, - when they apportioned the land. ⁶ Then came near the sons of Judah unto Joshua in Gilgal, and Caleb the son of Jephunneh, the Kenizzite, said unto him, - Thou, knowest the word which Yahweh spake unto Moses the man of God in my behalf and in thine in Kadesh-barnea. ⁷ Forty years old, was I when Moses the servant of Yahweh sent me from Kadesh-barnea to spy out the land, - so I brought him back word, as was in my heart.

Numbers 14:30

none of you, shall enter into the land, as to which I uplifted my hand to give you an abode therein, - save Caleb son of Jephunneh, and Joshua, son of Nun:
