And if the burnt sacrifice for his offering to the LORD be of fowls, then he shall bring his offering of turtledoves, or of young pigeons.
he cannot afford a lamb, then he shall bring to the Lord his guilt offering for that in which he has sinned, two turtledoves or two young pigeons, one for a sin offering and the other for a burnt offering.
she cannot afford a lamb, then she shall take two turtledoves or two young pigeons, the one for a burnt offering and the other for a sin offering; and the priest shall make atonement for her, and she will be clean.’”
Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
and to offer a sacrifice according to what was said in the Law of the Lord, “
A pair of turtledoves or two young pigeons.”
2 Corinthians 8:12
For if the readiness is present, it is acceptable
according to what a person has, not according to what he does not have.
For it was fitting for us to have such a
high priest, holy, innocent, undefiled, separated from sinners and exalted above the heavens;
So He said to him, “
Bring Me a three year old heifer, and a three year old female goat, and a three year old ram, and a turtledove, and a young pigeon.”
Then on the eighth day he shall take for himself
two turtledoves or two young pigeons, and come before the Lord to the doorway of the tent of meeting and give them to the priest;
Then on the eighth day he shall bring
two turtledoves or two young pigeons to the priest, to the doorway of the tent of meeting.
