‘But if his offering to the Lord is a burnt offering of birds, then he shall bring his offering from the
turtledoves or from young pigeons.
he cannot afford a lamb, then he shall bring to the Lord his guilt offering for that in which he has sinned, two turtledoves or two young pigeons, one for a sin offering and the other for a burnt offering.
Now it came about
on the eighth day that Moses called Aaron and his sons and the elders of Israel;
When the days of her purification are completed, for a son or for a daughter, she shall bring to the priest at the doorway of the tent of meeting a one year old lamb for a burnt offering and a young pigeon or a turtledove for a sin offering.
and two turtledoves or two young pigeons which
are within his means, the one shall be a sin offering and the other a burnt offering.
Then on the eighth day he shall take for himself
two turtledoves or two young pigeons, and come before the Lord to the doorway of the tent of meeting and give them to the priest;
He who was
delivered over because of our transgressions, and was raised because of our justification.
