⁷ Then shall he take the two goats, - and cause them to stand before Yahweh, at the entrance of the tent of meeting. ⁸ And Aaron shall cast lots over the two goats, - one lot for Yahweh, and one lot for Azazel. ⁹ Then shall Aaron bring near the goat over which came up the lot for Yahweh, - and shall make of hint a sin-bearer;
