You Shall Be Holy

²³ And you shall not walk in the ways of the nation which I cast out before you. For they committed all these things, and therefore I loathed them. ²⁴ But I have said to you, You shall inherit their land, and I, I am giving it to you to possess it, a land that flows with milk and honey. I am Jehovah your God, who has separated you from the nations. ²⁵ And you shall make a difference between clean animals and unclean, and between unclean fowls and clean. And you shall not defile your souls by beast, or by fowl, or by any kind of living thing that creeps on the ground, which I have separated from you as unclean.
