Leviticus 4:20

For The Whole Congregation

¹⁹ He is to remove all the fat from it and burn it on the altar. ²⁰ He is to offer this bull just as he did with the bull in the sin offering; he will offer it the same way. So the priest will make atonement on their behalf, and they will be forgiven. ²¹ Then he will bring the bull outside the camp and burn it just as he burned the first bull. It is the sin offering for the assembly.

Numbers 15:25

The priest must then make atonement for the entire Israelite community so that they may be forgiven, for the sin was unintentional. They are to bring their offering, one made by fire to the Lord, and their sin offering before the Lord for their unintentional sin.
