The Betrayal And Arrest Of Jesus

⁵² Then Jesus said to the high priests, captains of the temple, and elders, who had come to take Him, "Have you come out with swords and clubs as though I were a robber? ⁵³  While I was among you day after day in the temple, you never laid a hand on me! But this is your opportunity, even the power which darkness gives you!" ⁵⁴ Then they arrested Him and led Him away and brought Him to the house of the high priest. Peter was following at a distance.
