And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.
Then he showed me
Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the Lord, and Satan standing at his right hand to accuse him.
The Pharisee stood and was praying this to himself: ‘God, I thank You that I am not like other people: swindlers, unjust, adulterers, or even like this tax collector.
These are the
two olive trees and the two lampstands that stand before the Lord of the earth.
‘And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.
“For this reason the kingdom of heaven may be compared to a king who wished to settle accounts with his slaves.
“ Do not judge, and you will not be judged; and do not condemn, and you will not be condemned; pardon, and you will be pardoned.
Be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you.
bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, whoever has a complaint against anyone; just as the Lord forgave you, so also should you.
judgment will be merciless to one who has shown no mercy; mercy triumphs over judgment.
For if you forgive others for their transgressions, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.
