Then one of them, which was a lawyer, asked him a question, tempting him, and saying,

But the Pharisees and the

lawyers rejected God’s purpose for themselves, not having been baptized by John.

And a

lawyer stood up and put Him to the test, saying, “Teacher, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?”

One of the

lawyers *said to Him in reply, “Teacher, when You say this, You insult us too.”

And Jesus answered and spoke to the

lawyers and Pharisees, saying, “Is it lawful to heal on the Sabbath, or not?”

Diligently help Zenas the lawyer and Apollos on their way so that nothing is lacking for them.
