And it is easier for heaven and earth to pass away, than for one point of the law to fail.

In the law, Moses commanded us that such should be stoned; what therefore do you say?

and brought forward false witnesses who said, This man speaks incessantly against this holy place, and the law;

saying, This man persuades men to worship God contrary to the law.

crying, Men of Israel, help; this is the man who teaches all men everywhere against the people, and the law, and this place, and besides he has brought Greeks into the temple, and defiled this holy place.

Do we then abrogate the law by the faith? By no means; but we establish the law.

For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believes.

And this I say; that the law which was four hundred and thirty years after, cannot abrogate the covenant previously established by God, to make the promise of no effect.
