The Beatitudes

⁵ "Those persons who have a humble attitude [toward themselves] are blessed because they will inherit [the best of] the earth. ⁶ "Those persons who have an appetite for whatever is right will be blessed because they will be satisfied. ⁷ "Those persons who show mercy [toward others] will be blessed because they will be shown mercy [themselves].
