“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter.

“But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father alone.

The

proud look of man will be abased

And the loftiness of man will be humbled,
And the Lord alone will be exalted in that day.

“They will be Mine,” says the Lord of hosts, “on the day that I prepare My

own possession, and I will spare them as a man

spares his own son who serves him.”

I say to you, it will be more tolerable in that day for Sodom than for that city.

But you, brethren, are not in darkness, that the day would overtake you

like a thief;

when He comes to be glorified in His saints on that day, and to be marveled at among all who have believed—for our testimony to you was believed.

For this reason I also suffer these things, but I am not ashamed; for I know whom I have believed and I am convinced that He is able to guard what I have entrusted to Him until that day.

in the future there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day; and not only to me, but also to all who have loved His appearing.
