Hamor in the Bible

He purchased a section of the field where he had pitched his tent from the sons of Hamor, Shechem’s father, for 100 qesitahs.

When Shechem son of Hamor the Hivite, a prince of the region, saw her, he took her and raped her.

“Get me this girl as a wife,” he told his father Hamor.
