proverbs of Solomon. A wise son makes a father glad,
a foolish son is a grief to his mother.
These also are
proverbs of Solomon which the men of Hezekiah, king of Judah, transcribed.
1 Kings 4:31
he was wiser than all men, than Ethan the Ezrahite, Heman, Calcol and Darda, the sons of Mahol; and his fame was known in all the surrounding nations.
In addition to being a wise man, the Preacher also taught the people knowledge; and he pondered, searched out and arranged
“These things I have spoken to you in figurative language; an hour is coming when I will no longer speak to you in figurative language, but will tell you plainly of the Father.

a ripe old age, full of days, riches and honor; and his son Solomon reigned in his place.
