Proverbs Of Solomon

²³ A clever person conceals knowledge, but the heart of a fool announces folly. ²⁴ The hand of the diligent ones will rule, but the lazy will belong to forced labor. ²⁵ Anxiety in the heart of a man will weigh him down, but a good word will cheer him.

Forced Labor

Proverbs 10:4

A slack hand causes poverty, but the hand of the diligent enriches.

Proverbs 12:27

The lazy will not roast his game, but diligence is the precious wealth of a man.

Proverbs 13:4

The soul of the lazy craves, but there is nothing, but the person of diligence is richly supplied.

Proverbs 21:25-26

The craving of a lazy person will kill him, for his hands refuse to work.

Genesis 49:15
