²⁶ He coveteth greedily all the day long; but the righteous giveth and spareth not. ²⁷ The sacrifice of the wicked is abomination: how much more when they bring it with a wicked purpose! ²⁸ A lying witness shall perish; and a man that heareth shall speak constantly.

Proverbs 15:8

The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to Jehovah; but the prayer of the upright is his delight.

Isaiah 66:3

He that slaughtereth an ox, smiteth a man; he that sacrificeth a lamb, breaketh a dog's neck; he that offereth an oblation, it is as swine's blood; he that presenteth a memorial of incense, is as he that blesseth an idol.
