Psalm 61:1

([Psalm of David]) Hear my cry, O God; listen to my prayer!

([Psalm of David]) Answer me when I call, O God of my righteousness! You have relieved me in my trouble. Have mercy on me and hear my prayer.

([Psalm of David]) Listen to my prayer, O God. Do not hide from my plea for favor.

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.

([Psalm of David]) Listen to my words, O Jehovah, Consider my innermost thoughts.

([Psalm of David]) O Jehovah, do not rebuke me in your anger or discipline me in your wrath.

([Psalm of David]) Hear my plea for justice, O Jehovah. Pay attention to my cry. Open your ears to my prayer, spoken without deceit.

Hear the voice of my prayer when I call to you for help, when I lift my hands [in prayer] toward your most holy place.

([Psalm of David]) Save me, O God, by your name, and judge me by your strength.

([Psalm of David]) Listen to my concerns, O God, and protect me from my terrible enemies.

Open your ears to my prayer, O Jehovah. Pay attention to my supplications!

Jehovah, do hear my voice! Let your ears listen to the voice of my supplications.
