Faith Amid Confusion

² They have given the bodies of your servants to the birds of the heavens for food, the flesh of your faithful to the beasts of the earth. ³ They have poured out their blood like water round about Jerusalem;
And there was no one to bury them.
⁴ We have become a taunt to our neighbors, mocked and derided by those around us.

Jeremiah 14:16

And the people to whom they prophesy shall be cast out in the streets of Jerusalem, victims of famine and sword, with none to bury them--them, their wives, their sons, and their daughters. For I will pour out their evil upon them.
