Psalm 81:12

So I gave them up unto their own hearts' lust: and they walked in their own counsels.

Then the Lord said to Moses, “Pharaoh will not listen to you, so that My wonders will be multiplied in the land of Egypt.”

“Woe to the rebellious children,” declares the Lord,
“Who execute a plan, but not Mine,
And

make an alliance, but not of My Spirit,

In order to add sin to sin;

Yet they did not obey or incline their ear, but walked in their own counsels and in the stubbornness of their evil heart, and

went backward and not forward.

“As for the

message that you have spoken to us in the name of the Lord, we are not going to listen to you!

And the Lord

hardened Pharaoh’s heart, and he did not listen to them, just as the Lord had spoken to Moses.

If you walk in My statutes and keep My commandments so as to carry them out,

“For they are a nation lacking in counsel,
And there is no understanding in them.

Leaving them, He again embarked and went away to the other side.
