1 How lovely are your dwelling places, LORD of the Heavenly Armies.
2 My soul longed after, and also failed for the enclosures of Jehovah: my heart and my flesh will rejoice for the living God.
2 My (B)soul longed and even yearned for the courts of the Lord;My heart and my flesh sing for joy to the (C)living God.
2 My soul longeth, yea, even fainteth for the courts of the LORD: my heart and my flesh crieth out for the living God.
2 I desire and long for the Temple courts of the LORD. My heart and body sing for joy to the living God.
3 Also the sparrow found a house, and the swallow a nest for herself where she put her young brood, thine altars, O Jehovah of armies, my King and my God.
3 The bird also has found a house,And the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young,Even Your (D)altars, O Lord of hosts,(E)My King and my God.
3 Yea, the sparrow hath found an house, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young, even thine altars, O LORD of hosts, my King, and my God.
3 Even a sparrow finds a home,and a swallow, a nest for herselfwhere she places her young—near Your altars, Lord of Hosts,my King and my God.(D)

6 Passing through in the valley of Baca they will set it a fountain; also the early rain will cover the ponds.

10 For good a day in thine enclosures above a thousand. I chose to wait on the threshold in the house of my God, rather than to dwell in the tents of injustice.
10 For (Q)a day in Your courts is better than a thousand outside.I would rather stand at the threshold of the house of my GodThan dwell in the tents of wickedness.
10 For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.

11 For Jehovah God a sun and shield: Jehovah will give grace and glory; he will not withhold good to those going uprightly.
