Psalm 91:8

Treasury of Scripture Knowledge

Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.

Wait for the Lord and keep His way,

And He will exalt you to inherit the land;
When the wicked are cut off, you will see it.

The righteous will rejoice when he sees the vengeance;
He will wash his feet in the blood of the wicked.

And my eye has looked exultantly upon my foes,
My ears hear of the evildoers who rise up against me.

Do not be afraid of sudden fear

Nor of the

onslaught of the wicked when it comes;

Your eyes will see this and you will say, “The Lord

be magnified beyond the border of Israel!”

Woe to the wicked! It will go badly with him,
For

what he deserves will be done to him.

For if the word spoken through angels proved unalterable, and every transgression and disobedience received a just

penalty,

And my eye has looked exultantly upon my foes,
My ears hear of the evildoers who rise up against me.
