A Prayer For Retribution Against Oppressors

¹⁰ He disciplines nations. Do you think he cannot punish? He teaches people. Do you think he does not know anything? ¹¹ The Lord knows the thoughts of man,
That they are a mere breath.
¹² Jehovah, how happy are those you instruct, the ones to whom you teach your law!
