1 Then I saw another great, marvelous portent in heaven. There were seven angels with seven plagues which are to be the last, for they complete the expression of God's wrath.
1 And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvellous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of God.
1 I saw another sign in heaven. It was both spectacular and amazing. There were seven angels with the seven last plagues, with which God's wrath is completed.
2 And I saw what looked like a sea of glass mixed with fire, and standing upon the sea of glass those who had come off victorious from the animal and its statue and the number corresponding to its name. They had harps that God had given them,
2 And I saw something like a (E)sea of glass mixed with fire, and those who had (F)been victorious (a)over the (G)beast and (H)his image and the (I)number of his name, standing on the (J)sea of glass, holding (K)harps of God.
2 And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God.
2 I also saw something like a sea of glass(C) mixed with fire, and those who had won the victory over the beast, his image,(b) and the number of his name, were standing on the sea of glass with harps from God.(c)(D)
2 Then I saw what looked like a sea of glass mixed with fire. Those who had conquered the beast, its image, and the number of its name were standing on the sea of glass holding God's harps in their hands.
3 and they were singing the song of Moses, the slave of God, and the song of the Lamb: "Great and marvelous are your doings, Lord God Almighty! Upright and true are your ways, King of the Ages!
3 And they *sang the (L)song of Moses, (M)the bond-servant of God, and the (N)song of the Lamb, saying,“(O)Great and marvelous are Your works,(P)O Lord God, the Almighty;Righteous and true are Your ways,(Q)King of the (b)nations!
3 And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvellous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, thou King of saints.
3 They sang the song of God's servant Moses and the song of the lamb: "Your deeds are both spectacular and amazing, Lord God Almighty. Your ways are just and true, King of the nations.
4 Who will not fear and give glory to your name, Lord? For you alone are holy. All the heathen will come and worship before you, for the justice of your sentences has now been shown."
4 Who shall not fear thee, O Lord, and glorify thy name? for thou only art holy: for all nations shall come and worship before thee; for thy judgments are made manifest.
4 Lord, who will not fearand glorify Your name?Because You alone are holy, for all the nations will comeand worship before Youbecause Your righteous actshave been revealed.
4 Lord, who won't fear and praise your name? For you alone are holy, and all the nations will come and worship you because your judgments have been revealed."
5 Afterward I saw the temple, that is, the tent of the testimony, thrown open in heaven,
5 And after that I looked, and, behold, the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened:
5 After these things, I looked, and the Temple, which is the Tent of Testimony in heaven, was open!
6 and the seven angels with the seven plagues came out of the temple. They were clothed in clean, glistening linen and had gold belts around their breasts.
6 And the seven angels came out of the temple, having the seven plagues, clothed in pure and white linen, and having their breasts girded with golden girdles.
6 Out of the sanctuary came the seven angels with the seven plagues, dressed in clean, bright linen, with gold sashes wrapped around their chests.
6 The seven angels with the seven plagues came out of the Temple wearing clean, shining linen with gold sashes around their chests.
7 Then one of the four animals gave the seven angels seven gold bowls full of the wrath of God who lives forever and ever,
7 And one of the four beasts gave unto the seven angels seven golden vials full of the wrath of God, who liveth for ever and ever.
7 One of the four living creatures gave the seven angels seven gold bowls filled with the wrath of God who lives forever and ever.
7 One of the four living creatures gave to the seven angels seven gold bowls full of the wrath of God, who lives forever and ever.
8 and the temple was filled with smoke from the glory and power of God, and no one could go into the temple until the seven plagues of the seven angels were over.
8 And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God, and from his power; and no man was able to enter into the temple, till the seven plagues of the seven angels were fulfilled.
8 The Temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God and his power, and no one could enter the Temple until the seven plagues of the seven angels came to an end.
