1 Corinthians 9:20
To the Jews I became as a Jew, so that I might win Jews; to those who are under the Law, as under the Law though not being myself under the Law, so that I might win those who are under the Law;
2 Corinthians 7:1
Therefore, having these promises,
beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all defilement of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.
But if, while seeking to be justified in Christ, we ourselves have also been found
sinners, is Christ then a minister of sin? May it never be!
by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God;
For the grace of God has
appeared, bringing salvation to all men,
For certain persons have
crept in unnoticed, those who were long beforehand marked out for this condemnation, ungodly persons who turn the grace of our God into licentiousness and deny our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ.
