“Yet there will be a tenth portion in it,
And it will again be subject to burning,
Like a terebinth or an oak
Whose stump remains when it is felled.

And you were like a firebrand snatched from a blaze;
Yet you have not returned to Me,” declares the Lord.

So the seacoast will be pastures,
With caves for shepherds and folds for flocks.

just as Sodom and Gomorrah and the cities around them, since they in the same way as these indulged in gross immorality and went after strange flesh, are exhibited as an

example in undergoing the punishment of eternal fire.
