And it came to pass ､
אֲרוֹן֙
’ă·rō·wn
[as] the ark
בְּרִ֣ית
bə·rîṯ
of the covenant
יְהוָ֔ה
Yah·weh,
בָּ֖א
bā
עַד־
‘aḏ-
to
עִ֣יר
‘îr
the City
､ דָּוִ֑יד
dā·wîḏ;
of David ､
וּמִיכַ֨ל
ū·mî·ḵal
בַּת־
baṯ-
שָׁא֜וּל
šā·’ūl
of Saul
נִשְׁקְפָ֣ה ׀
niš·qə·p̄āh
בְּעַ֣ד
bə·‘aḏ
at
הַחַלּ֗וֹן
ha·ḥal·lō·wn,
וַתֵּ֨רֶא
wat·tê·re
and saw
אֶת־
’eṯ-
-
הַמֶּ֤לֶךְ
ham·me·leḵ
דָּוִיד֙
dā·wîḏ
מְרַקֵּ֣ד
mə·raq·qêḏ
– וּמְשַׂחֵ֔ק
ū·mə·śa·ḥêq,
and playing music –
וַתִּ֥בֶז
wat·ti·ḇez
ל֖וֹ
lōw
. בְּלִבָּֽהּ׃
bə·lib·bāh.
in her heart .
