the elders

הָעָ֑ם
hā·‘ām;
the people
אַל־
’al-
not
תִּשְׁמַ֖ע
tiš·ma‘
וְל֥וֹא
wə·lō·w
or
. תֹאבֶֽה׃
ṯō·ḇeh.
