､ וַתַּחְתֹּ֖ם

and sealed [them] ､
בְּחֹתָמ֑וֹ
bə·ḥō·ṯā·mōw;
with his seal
וַתִּשְׁלַ֣ח
wat·tiš·laḥ
and sent
[הספרים]
