לָקַ֣חַת
lā·qa·ḥaṯ
to take
אֶת־
’eṯ-
-
､ דָּוִד֒
dā·wiḏ
David ､
וַיַּ֗רְא
way·yar,
אֶֽת־
’eṯ-
-
לַהֲקַ֤ת
la·hă·qaṯ
the group
הַנְּבִיאִים֙
han·nə·ḇî·’îm
､ נִבְּאִ֔ים
nib·bə·’îm,
וּשְׁמוּאֵ֕ל
ū·šə·mū·’êl
and Samuel
עֹמֵ֥ד
‘ō·mêḏ
נִצָּ֖ב
niṣ·ṣāḇ
[as] leader
עֲלֵיהֶ֑ם
‘ă·lê·hem;
וַתְּהִ֞י
wat·tə·hî

עַֽל־
‘al-
מַלְאֲכֵ֤י
mal·’ă·ḵê
､ שָׁאוּל֙

of Saul ､
ר֣וּחַ

the Spirit
אֱלֹהִ֔ים

וַיִּֽתְנַבְּא֖וּ
