וַתְּהִי֩
wat·tə·hî
And came
ר֨וּחַ
rū·aḥ
יְהוָ֤ה ׀
Yah·weh
רָעָה֙
rā·‘āh
אֶל־
’el-
､ שָׁא֔וּל
šā·’ūl,
Saul ､
וְהוּא֙
wə·hū
and as he
בְּבֵית֣וֹ
bə·ḇê·ṯōw
יוֹשֵׁ֔ב
yō·wō·šêḇ,
וַחֲנִית֖וֹ
wa·ḥă·nî·ṯōw
and with his spear
､ בְּיָד֑וֹ
bə·yā·ḏōw;
in his hand ､
וְדָוִ֖ד
wə·ḏā·wiḏ
and David
מְנַגֵּ֥ן
mə·nag·gên
. בְּיָֽד׃
bə·yāḏ.
with [his] hand .
