וּבָעִתִּ֣ים
ū·ḇā·‘it·tîm
And in times
הָהֵ֔ם
hā·hêm,
אֵ֥ין
’ên
no
שָׁל֖וֹם
šā·lō·wm
､ לַיּוֹצֵ֣א
lay·yō·w·ṣê
to the one who went out ､
､ וְלַבָּ֑א
wə·lab·bā;
nor to the one who came in ､
כִּ֚י
kî
but
מְהוּמֹ֣ת
mə·hū·mōṯ
רַבּ֔וֹת
rab·bō·wṯ,
עַ֥ל
‘al
on
כָּל־
kāl-
יוֹשְׁבֵ֖י
yō·wō·šə·ḇê
. הָאֲרָצֽוֹת׃
hā·’ă·rā·ṣō·wṯ.
of the lands .
