וַיַּ֥עַל
way·ya·‘al
And he went up
מִשָּׁ֖ם
miš·šām
בֵּֽית־
bêṯ-
to
– אֵ֑ל
’êl;
Bethel –
וְה֣וּא ׀
wə·hū
and as he
עֹלֶ֣ה
‘ō·leh
､ בַדֶּ֗רֶךְ
ḇad·de·reḵ,
the road ､
וּנְעָרִ֤ים
ū·nə·‘ā·rîm
קְטַנִּים֙
qə·ṭan·nîm
יָצְא֣וּ
yā·ṣə·’ū
מִן־
min-
､ הָעִ֔יר
hā·‘îr,
the city ､
וַיִּתְקַלְּסוּ־
way·yiṯ·qal·lə·sū-
and mocked
בוֹ֙
ḇōw
וַיֹּ֣אמְרוּ
way·yō·mə·rū
and said
ל֔וֹ
lōw,
to him
､ עֲלֵ֥ה
‘ă·lêh
go up ､
– קֵרֵ֖חַ
qê·rê·aḥ
､ עֲלֵ֥ה
‘ă·lêh
go up ､
. קֵרֵֽחַ׃
qê·rê·aḥ.
