וַיָּקָם֩
way·yā·qām
דָּוִ֨ד
dā·wiḏ
､ מֵהָאָ֜רֶץ
mê·hā·’ā·reṣ
from the ground ､
､ וַיִּרְחַ֣ץ
way·yir·ḥaṣ
and washed ､
וַיָּ֗סֶךְ
way·yā·seḵ,
וַיְחַלֵּף֙
way·ḥal·lêp̄
[שמלתו]
śim·lō·ṯōw
-
､ (שִׂמְלֹתָ֔יו)
śim·lō·ṯāw,
וַיָּבֹ֥א
way·yā·ḇō
and he went into
בֵית־
ḇêṯ-
the house
､ יְהוָ֖ה
Yah·weh
of Yahweh ､
. וַיִּשְׁתָּ֑חוּ
way·yiš·tā·ḥū;
and worshiped .
וַיָּבֹא֙
way·yā·ḇō
And he went
אֶל־
’el-
to
– בֵּית֔וֹ
bê·ṯōw,
､ וַיִּשְׁאַ֕ל
way·yiš·’al
and when he requested ､
וַיָּשִׂ֥ימוּ
way·yā·śî·mū
and they set
ל֛וֹ
lōw
לֶ֖חֶם
le·ḥem
. וַיֹּאכַֽל׃
way·yō·ḵal.
and he ate .
