､ וַיֹּ֕אמֶר
way·yō·mer
And he said ､
בְּעוֹד֙
bə·‘ō·wḏ
הַיֶּ֣לֶד
hay·ye·leḏ
the child
､ חַ֔י
ḥay,
alive ､
צַ֖מְתִּי
ṣam·tî
– וָֽאֶבְכֶּ֑ה
wā·’eḇ·keh;
and wept –
כִּ֤י
kî
､ אָמַ֙רְתִּי֙
’ā·mar·tî
I said ､
מִ֣י
mî
יוֹדֵ֔עַ
yō·w·ḏê·a‘,
[יחנני]
yə·ḥān·na·nî
-
(וְחַנַּ֥נִי)
wə·ḥan·na·nî
will be gracious to me
יְהוָ֖ה
Yah·weh
וְחַ֥י
wə·ḥay
؟ הַיָּֽלֶד׃
hay·yā·leḏ.
the child ؟
