וַיֹּ֤אמֶר
way·yō·mer
and said
אֲלֵיהֶם֙
’ă·lê·hem
to them
הַמֶּ֔לֶךְ
ham·me·leḵ,
the king
אֲשֶׁר־
’ă·šer-
יִיטַ֥ב
yî·ṭaḇ
בְּעֵינֵיכֶ֖ם
bə·‘ê·nê·ḵem
to you
. אֶעֱשֶׂ֑ה
’e·‘ĕ·śeh;
I will do .
וַיַּעֲמֹ֤ד
way·ya·‘ă·mōḏ
הַמֶּ֙לֶךְ֙
ham·me·leḵ
the king
אֶל־
’el-
to
､ יַ֣ד
yaḏ
beside ､
הַשַּׁ֔עַר
haš·ša·‘ar,
the gate
וְכָל־
wə·ḵāl
and all
הָעָם֙
hā·‘ām
the people
יָֽצְא֔וּ
yā·ṣə·’ū,
לְמֵא֖וֹת
lə·mê·’ō·wṯ
. וְלַאֲלָפִֽים׃
wə·la·’ă·lā·p̄îm.
and by thousands .
