יִתָּקַ֤ע

שׁוֹפָר֙
šō·w·p̄ār
､ בְּעִ֔יר
bə·‘îr,
in the city ､
וְעָ֖ם
wə·‘ām
and the people
לֹ֣א
lō
not
؟ יֶחֱרָ֑דוּ
ye·ḥĕ·rā·ḏū;
will be afraid ؟
אִם־
’im-
if
תִּהְיֶ֤ה
tih·yeh
רָעָה֙
rā·‘āh
､ בְּעִ֔יר
bə·‘îr,
in a city ､
וַיהוָ֖ה
Yah·weh
לֹ֥א
lō
not
. עָשָֽׂה׃
‘ā·śāh.
will have done [it] .
