הַבּוֹנֶ֤ה
hab·bō·w·neh
､ בַשָּׁמַ֙יִם֙
ḇaš·šā·ma·yim
in the sky ､
[מעלותו]
ma·‘ă·lō·w·ṯōw
-
(מַעֲלוֹתָ֔יו)
ma·‘ă·lō·w·ṯāw,
וַאֲגֻדָּת֖וֹ
wa·’ă·ḡud·dā·ṯōw
עַל־
‘al-
in
– אֶ֣רֶץ
’e·reṣ
the earth –
יְסָדָ֑הּ
yə·sā·ḏāh;
הַקֹּרֵ֣א
haq·qō·rê
לְמֵֽי־
lə·mê-
､ הַיָּ֗ם
hay·yām,
of the sea ､
וַֽיִּשְׁפְּכֵ֛ם
way·yiš·pə·ḵêm
עַל־
‘al-
on
פְּנֵ֥י
pə·nê
the face
､ הָאָ֖רֶץ
hā·’ā·reṣ
of the earth ､
יְהוָ֥ה
Yah·weh
Yahweh [is]
